Welcome to the Rural Resilience Project’s Technical Assistance Program
Our program is designed to support cultivators in transitioning from a provisional to an annual license and provide resources on water conservation and sustainable cultivation practices. Here’s everything you need to know to get started with your application.

Step 3: Complete the Application Form
Fill out our Technical Assistance Program Application Form. Provide detailed information about your cultivator site, project goals, and any barriers you’re facing transitioning to an annual license. This information helps us evaluate your application and determine the most appropriate support.
Step 4: Submit Your Application
After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Our team will begin to review intake applications in January 2025.

Once your application is reviewed, eligible applicants will be contacted by our team to begin the support process, which may include:
